What is your shipping policy for heavy filtration equipment?

How often should I replace my water filters?

What is your return policy for installed products?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. However, once a filtration system has been installed or had water run through it, it can no longer be returned for a refund due to sanitary regulations, unless it is found to be defective under warranty.
